In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged container or experience any food-related issues, we request that you notify us within the same day of consuming the product. Immediate communication allows us to take prompt corrective actions and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. We will refund your meal in such cases.

Please note that our return policy does not cover the following situations:

– Dislike due to individual taste preferences, provided there are no quality or safety issues with the product.
