Do I have to log in each week to order again?
You can select your meals each week, or our Chefs will prepare a plan for you based on your needs.
How long do meals last?
Your meals last 7 days in a refrigerator. There is also an enjoy by date printed on the label.
Do I have to be home during delivery?
No. We deliver in cooler bags with gel packs. Your food will stay fresh
When do my meals arrive?
You select the shipping day above. We also send out a delivery text notification to tell you when we will be there the day before your delivery.

Locally sourced, and selected for flavor 👍. Not shelf life! We prepare veggies to Al Dente to lock in all the nutrients and ensure they don't heat up like Mush.
