How It Works
Because we are a small operation our focus is on convenience. The meals we prepare are the same for everyone for now. Our meals are clean and healthy but we do not adhere to any particular diets like “keto” or “Paleo”.
Currently our meals are designed to provide good variety and to keep you happy, healthy, and satisfied. The following list of ingredients is what we create our meals from. Each meal plan will be a nice mix of the following items.
Proteins: Chicken Sausage (Andouille, Italian, Apple Gouda) , Shredded Chicken (Chipotle, Cajun, Pineapple Habanero), Sliced Chicken Breast, Turkey Meatball (Garlic Parmesan), Turkey Taco Bowl with Corn Salsa
Additionally we add, Sautéed Onions to Chicken Proteins and Roasted Bell Peppers to Sausage Proteins
Veggies: Asparagus, Broccoli, Green Beans, Sugar Snap Peas
Carbs: Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Red Skin Potatoes
Seasoning: Olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs, and spices
